What does my Moving Service come with?

Our Moving services come with friendly trained professionals that are equipped with everything you need including (pads, straps, wraps, dollies, and tools) and all equipment such as trucks. We provide this at no extra cost! We come saying, Yes!, not no.

How can I pay?

We currently accept 5 way to pay: cash, check, credit, paypal, and gift certificate. The cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

  1. Move Now, Pay 60%, Pay the remaining within 7 – 14 Days.
  2. Pay 14 Days in Advance. Get 20% off.

Are you guys licensed and/or insured?

We are currently licensed and all our people are trained professionals that value your things. Our insurance policy is in the works. However, there is room to negotiate if you feel you have received bad service.

How do I know how many men and hours I need for my job?

The best strategy is to be as prepared as possible. Despite this, things sometimes require more than we expect. Our customer service staff are trained to give you the best recommendations and our service providers specialize in during with the uncertain aspects of a job

Do you guys have a minimum?

Since we do have to do lots of work to management, schedule, train, and dispatch our team. We do have a minimum depending on the service

 

Can I review you?

Yes, we love your feedback and opinion regarding our service. You can review us anytime

 

What if I need to reschedule?

Sure, you can reschedule at any time, no risk to you. However, please try and give us as much notice as possible.

Payment Terms

Since MerryMen Moving Co. use an all digital platform to collect, pay, and distribute funds amongst the company throughout locations in various cities. WE ONLY ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS only for invoiced bills. A $1 authorization shall be placed on your card on file in our secure pay system. All patrons shall agree to be charged for the services received after the specified job is complete. If there are any complications that shall affect payment, please notify one of our supervisors during or within within 1 hour, when you’ll be charged, from when you receive your final invoice.

*Checks Policy*

MerryMen Moving Co. does not accept checks. For those, who have no other payment method other than personal check shall be charged an additional $15 check processing fee. This is non-negotiable. The few cases shall qualify for exemption are as follows: If payer is a private or government business or organization. Persons who can show proof of being on disability or that are current in hospice/nursing homes.

General Terms

Booking Time

We always recommend that you prepare yourself as much as possible for your residential move, delivery, clean-up, or project. In most cases, just knowing clearly what you would like done speeds up the process. However, there are many factors that determine the availability of our service providers such as time of day, number of customers in the day, location, size of job, and etc. Therefore, on same day booking we only guarantee your service within a two hour rental. Most importantly, in most cases a deposit and/or payment is due two hours before your desired time slot.

Damage to Property

Damage to property is never a good situation for anybody. This is why we choose our service providers carefully and they are all tested and constantly evaluated for quality. They are trained to deal with all your delicate items. We take your valuables and service serious. We are a licensed business and have the resources to negotiate in an unfortunate event. However, each situation is handled on a case by case basis. Soon we will be offer an insurance policy for our customers.

Rescheduling:

After the deposit and/or payment is received, you may reschedule anytime at no cost in up to 30 mins prior to the service time. If you need to reschedule in less than 30 mins prior and/or your providers have already shown up, there will be a 10% of the estimated total rescheduling fee.

Please contact our reservations team with any of these issues. This excludes claims that have been processed, reviewed, and awarded.

Refunds/Credits/Cancellations:

Full refunds shall only be issued for jobs that have not been done as long as the payholder or person on the invoice calls to cancel no less than 2 hours before the scheduled job time. In an event, that our offices are not open 2 hours before, any message or digital correspondence will be accepted.

In an event that providers are already in route and an unforeseen emergency arises in which you absolutely must cancel, then you may request a refund minus 10% of estimated total or a full credit for labor service that will be valid for up to 12 months after the existing scheduled job date.
