How to Pay

 

MerryMen Movers

accepts debit, credit, or listed payment methods below. We DO NOT accept cash on site other than if you are tipping the movers (tips may be added by card and will go directly to movers). We use a post job payment system meaning that you pay after the job is complete

(exception: on 2 day jobs or jobs that take longer than 10 hours to complete. In this case, an invoice will be sent for the initial 10 hours)

You will be sent a final invoice or job pay request receipt via email or texted a link. Once you receive the email or text, we ask that you please try to pay no longer than 2 hours after. We understand that some unique situations arise in which you may need up to 24 hours to pay so in these cases we ask that you communicate this to our support agents via email, phone, or text.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: All major Debit and Credit cards, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, & Zelle (coming soon)

For Debit and Credit Cards: 

Our payment processor for cards is currently PayPal however you DO NOT have to have a current PayPal account to pay. There is an option to “pay with card” without account. Please follow steps below: 

 

  1. Check your inbox of the email that you booked your move with in the confirmation within 2 hours of when your move was completed. It may take whomever is reviewing the move more or less time to calculate the final billable hours. (If you don’t see for some reason than please check all folders including spam. If your move finishes after 7 pm, your invoice may be sent our during when we open for operation the following day.

Once the email is open you will see a button that says “View and Pay”, click yes. Then you will see a button that says “Pay Now”, click yes. Finally the last prompts will be: 

“Log in” or “Pay with Debit or Credit”……..CLICK PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT….

Again..”Pay Now..with NO I DON’T WANT AN ACCOUNT NOW CHECKED”

For PayPal:

 

*If you do want to use your PayPal acct then choose the other option…”Log in” (Shown Above)

 

For CashApp:

 

You may still receive an invoice like that stated above unless we already have been informed you’ll be using CashApp so in this case reply to the email with “you’d like to pay using CashApp..” Please do not send it through until we follow-up with an reply email.

For Venmo:
